Ravi is an Electronics Engineer from National Institute of Technology, Allahabad and an MBA from School of Management, IIT Bombay with specialization in Manufacturing & Technology Management. He has over 13 years of consulting experience and heads the Enterprise Transformation Group at Nihilent. His team provides consulting services to global organizations in the areas of Learning, Innovation, Knowledge and Performance management. Ravi has led a number of projects worldwide at State Bank of India, Sasol, Tata Teleservices, GE, Kellogg, Nedbank, Barclays Bank, South African Revenue Services among others in the USA, UK, Japan, South Africa and India. Ravi has helped organizations to execute their strategy using tools such as Balanced Scorecard, Process Redesign, ERP, CRM, CAD/CAM and GIS using IT products such as Siebel, SAP, Microsoft and Intergraph. He has spoken at various management conferences such as the Knowledge Management Africa conference held in Johannesburg and has written a number of articles on Change Management, Knowledge Management and Customer Experience Management. |

| LC Singh is a distinguished alumnus of the Institute of Technology and the Harvard Business School. A pioneer in the field of information technology, he performed key roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). At the time of leaving the company in 1998, he was the Senior Vice President, in charge of operations for UK, South Africa and Middle East. In addition, he also looked after marketing, public relations and brand building. He briefly worked with Zensar Technologies as President and CEO. He founded Nihilent in 2000. In a short span of few years, Nihilent has emerged as one of the most creative consulting and IT companies in India. LC is the author of Nihilent’s patented framework change management framework MC³. He has participated and spoken at a number of international seminars on learning and innovation. LC has been personally involved in kick-starting the STRATE, Sasol, SARS and other projects. |

| Minoo D Dastur, a Chartered Management Consultant with post-graduation in Business Management, is a Co-founder of Nihilent. He is the Executive Vice President & COO and serves as an Executive Director on Nihilent’s global board. As with most senior executives in the Nihilent management team, he also consults at a strategic level on issues such as strategy implementation, balanced scorecards, metrics and measurement, organizational alignment, performance management, apart from being actively involved in reviewing and managing the large software delivery projects. Minoo had an extremely successful stint with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) where he headed the company’s Corporate Banking Group and was a key player in the evolution of the banking and financial services business. He established TCS’s operations in South Africa and was also responsible for establishing the Corporate Marketing group for the company. At Nihilent, Minoo was instrumental in setting up the Metrics office for the Commissioner at SARS to monitor progress of programs in line with the organization strategy. His expertise in the financial services domain combined with his expertise in performance management systems is of significant importance to deliver MC3 projects |

| Shobha Agarwal is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. In a career spanning over 25 years, she has held various senior positions and has worked as a Business System and Management Consultant with all-round exposure to consulting assignments. She has knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle processes including implementation, SEI CMM processes, Quality standards, and futuristic technologies. In her current role, Shobha is the chairperson of the human resource management committee and the strategy committee at Nihilent responsible for strategizing, steering, and supporting the HR function with an aim to assure its alignment to business strategy. She is also actively involved in mentoring and supporting the Enterprise Transformation Group at Nihilent. Before joining Nihilent, she was associated with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for nearly 20 years. Her career at TCS spanned across all organizational functions as well as the entire spectrum of software engineering where she worked as a Corporate Group Leader and was responsible for Software Engineering areas including Quality Assurance, estimation and Internal Audit. |

| A graduate in Computer Science, Nitin is the head of products supporting Nihilent's Enterprise Transformation Practice. He also consults at a strategic level on issues such as organizational alignment, performance management, business processes apart from business development and product "Go to Market" planning and execution. He has a keen interest in vertical specific business processes with focus on value chain of process as well as discrete manufacturing along with software and services delivery engineering. Beginning his career in the technology industry in 1990, he has worked in most aspects of the systems development and consulting businesses and was involved in the management and execution of several large projects. He has excellent cross-functional skills. Prior to joining Nihilent, as an entrepreneur, he headed a software solutions company that built and delivered ERP and BI solutions for the manufacturing SME/ SMB. The company was one of the first small organizations that represented international brands like Dun & Bradstreet, IBM, Oracle, Microsoft and Ernst & Young in India. Nitin has assisted in paper presentations representing India (Indian Economics, environment and industry) at FAO (A United Nations Body) and was a visiting faculty/ project examiner/ project guide at various management institutes and engineering colleges. He was the first honorary secretary of Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (Pune). |

He has experience in domains like manufacturing, banking and financial services, logistics, etc. Prior to Nihilent, he was associated with organizations such as Onward Technologies, Swiss Organisations - Inpuls Solutions, e-Persis. He has executed a number of solutions/projects for clients like BMW, Credit Swiss, Kiosk AG, Getronics, Swiss Rail, Miracle Ag in Switzerland, France, Germany and Italy. |

His expertise lies in understanding and application of team management, client relationship management, business development, franchisee or channel management and project management.
