Executive Summary |
 |
 |
TJC was formed with an objective of bringing world-class design and manufacturing capabilities in automotive seating into India from Johnson Controls. TJC wished to understand its knowledge related needs, expectations, facilitators, problems, hindrances and issues in relation to the various aspects of Knowledge Management (KM) at TJC. It believed that a strategic KM initiative would help achieve higher revenues and minimise costs. Nihilent proposed a detailed MC3 Audit at TJC with an objective of assessing TJC's organisational practices around innovation, knowledge and learning. The entire assessment was score-based and hence success of the KM interventions would be clearly measurable. |
