Methodology
Success of knowledge management lies in establishing the motivation to seek and collaborate, and creating the right intent within individuals towards learning. The key inputs to energising individuals come from the MC3 Audit and the Competency Assessment. Common motivation areas across the organisation are taken up as part of the Transformation and self-discovery workshops. Individual motivation gaps are addressed through counselling sessions.

Methodology
Conduct a motivation assessment of individuals and arrive at a motivation plan. Take key inputs from MC3 audit and competencies assessment exercises.
Determine needs for workshops and counseling sessions in areas such as leadership, team working, negotiation skills, ideation, etc.
